Let’s begin today’s practice with a powerful morning reflection. Take a moment to read the following passage and then sit in a stillness for one minute. Let the feeling of gratitude come over you. Focusing on the feeling of gratitude, even for just a moment, will reactivate your loving energy field. This energy is what you need to support the flow of your transformations. So be willing to feel the greatness that gratitude has to offer.

I begin my day with gratitude. I am grateful for another day. I am grateful to breathe the air. I’m grateful for the trees, the grass, and the sky. I open my mind to focus on gratitude today. I release all littleness, all limiting beliefs. I choose gratitude instead.



Set yourself up with a daily reminder to focus on the good stuff. Gratitude unleashes the loving presence within you and will awaken your miracle mind. Focusing on gratitude reconnects us with love. Throughout the day, turn to your affirmation as a gentle reminder to let go of your fears and focus on gratitude instead.
It’s time again to set your midday alarm with Miracle Moments. When you alarm goes off, recite your affirmation.
